What is Sult Family Medicine?
Sult Family Medicine is Fulton County's first Direct Primary Care Medical practice. It is a solo practice of Dr. Jennifer Sult M.D., a board certified family physician.
what is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care ( DPC for short) is a model of health care that directly contracts the Physician with the patient. No one in between. You pay a low monthly fee for same day / next day appointments, after hours access (via phone, text or video chat ) to your physician along with discounted labs and medications.
Do you take health insurance?
No. I contract directly with you, the patient. This allows me to provide patient centered (not insurance-centered) care. This is what makes it such a great model.
Do you take medicare?
No, not to pay for services here at Sult Family Medicine. However this office can pair well with someone who has Medicare. Your Medicare will still be used for hospitalizations, surgeries, and radiology services.

Do you provide health insurance?
No, Sult Family Medicine does not provide health insurance.
Do I need health insurance?
Yes, it is still a good idea to carry insurance. Many people choose to have a membership with us and carry a high deductible insurance with a Health Savings account.
What if I don't have insurance?
You do not need health insurance to join Sult Family Medicine. In fact, this is a great choice if you find yourself without insurance . We provide excellent low cost primary care services. We would recommend everyone also have health insurance in place for the really expensive care if that becomes necessary.
Do I have to become a member to use your services?
Yes, because this model of health care is all about an on-going doctor patient relationship. We are not an urgent care. We do not provide one time visits
