Dr. Jennifer Sult

I'm so excited to open a practice back in Rochester.  For those of you who don't know me, I attended Medical school at Indiana University school of Medicine and did my residency in South Bend.  My husband Johnny and I and our two children live west of Rochester near the town of Leiter's Ford.

I am so thrilled to be able to come back to practice in Rochester and provide an alternative to the current broken healthcare system.  I firmly believe there is a better way to provide health care and plan to offer it at Sult Family Medicine.  My practice will be Fulton County's first Direct Primary Care practice.  It takes the middleman out of the doctor to patient relationship.  The way it should be!  Please reach out to me for questions or to sign up.
